Each item is made to order just for you. In-stock items usually ship from our Design Studio within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may change due to holidays or during our peak seasons. You will receive an email when your order has shipped and is on its way to you.

GUARANTEE POLICY: We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship as each piece is made by hand. Please note that we use genuine materials and gemstones that will have their own unique natural characteristics- these are not defects.
