How can I start a custom design project?
Custom designing your own jewelry makes the occasion even more meaningful. Complete our design questionnaire to provide more information and to schedule a free consultation to receive an estimate.
Can I visit your Design Studio?
We would love to meet you in person! Our Design Studio and showroom are open Tuesday - Friday. Hours may change due to events. We welcome walk-in customers but ask that all design meetings be scheduled in advance. Coming from out of town? We will recommend our favorite restaurants and beautiful hotels.
What is your return policy?
Gift Cards are always a great option. Otherwise, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. Some restrictions apply to customized items. Read our returns policy.
